<br /> r¡S-ç¿ <br /> RFP 95-009 <br /> including: deposits, chargebacks, statement reporting and credit <br /> refunds. The proponent must, on the proposal sheet, state per item <br /> processing fees and any additional fees which might be incurred. <br /> 8. Safe De'Ç)osit Box: The financial institution will provide a <br /> safe deposit box in a size suitable for commercial use,' for use by <br /> the City for the term of the contract period. <br /> 9. Bank Bags: The financial institution will provide the City with <br /> commercial locking bags upon request. The financial institution <br /> will provide replacement bags, at no additional charge, as <br /> requested during the term of the contract. <br /> 10. Bank Statements: The cut-off date for bank statement purposes <br /> for all City accounts will be the last working day of each month. <br /> Statements, cancelled checks and deposit slips must be received by <br /> the City Finance Department/Accounting Division within five ( 5) <br /> working days from the cut-off date. Cancelled checks will be <br /> returned to the City in numerical sequence. <br /> 11. Account Analysis and Payment of Services: Compensation 'to the <br /> financial institution will be based on hard dollar direct fees. <br /> Each month the financial institution will prepare and forward to <br /> the City, no later than ten (10) calendar days after the end of the <br /> month, an Account Analysis invoice defining all services at unit <br /> prices shown on the cost proposal sheet and other costs incurred <br /> by the City, offset by Money Market interest earnings on the same <br /> account. All charges will be in conformity with those specified <br /> in this proposal. The financial institution will not direct debit <br /> city accounts until the City has had an opportunity to review and <br /> reconcile the charges. <br /> 12. Check Cashing: The financial institution will agree to cash, <br /> without charge to the City or City employee, an employee's check <br /> issued on a City account, whether or not the employee has an <br /> account with the financial institution. <br /> 13. Miscellaneous: The following are miscellaneous supplies and <br /> services that will be provided by the financial institution at no <br /> cost to the City: <br /> a. Three-part deposit slips for all accounts, <br /> b. Cashier's checks, <br /> c. coin wrappers and money straps, <br /> d. and serve as depository and agent for the withholding of <br /> Federal Payroll taxes. <br /> 14 <br />
