Snider, Sales Manager <br /> <br />Re: Extension of Road Building Materials Contract <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Snider: <br /> <br />Please consider this letter an agreement between the City of <br />San Marcos ("City") and Colorado Materials Company <br />("Contractor") to extend the current road building materials <br />contract, for an additional period of one year, as provided <br />in the original contract effective March 1, ~1992.
