FIELD NOTES <br /> <br />A parcel of land containing 3026 square feet and occupied by that <br />frame building ~6-355 at the San Marcos Airport; this parcel lies <br />wholly within that 1378.3381 acre San Marcos Airport tract out of <br />the William Pettus Two League Grant, Caldwell County, Texas, as <br />shown on that plat dated 12 September 1989 by Charles R. Swart, <br />Surveyor. This parcel is more particularly described by metes <br />and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of this tract, which is identi- <br />cal with the southwest corner (point 1629) of building #6-355, <br />from which the East Reference Point (#51) of the San Marcos <br />Airport bears North 15 degrees 15 minutes 01 seconds East a <br />distance of 373.57 feet.
