That the City Council of the city shall, on or before April 16, 1993, by resolution duly adopted, appoint presiding judges and alternate judges to serve in this election at the polling places for the respective precincts set forth hereinabove, and it shall be each such judge's duty to hold the election in the respective precincts set forth hereinabove, and any vacancies occurring after the appointment of judges and alternate judges may be filled by subsequent resolution(s) of the city Council. SECTION 5. That each presiding judge may appoint up to two (2) clerks, and with the permission of the city Secretary, additional clerks, to serve for each precinct in this election. SECTION 6. That precincts numbered Ill, 112, 113, 114, 116, 120 shall be polling places for the joint general and special election of the city, Hays County and the School District. SECTION 7. That precincts named Martindale and Staples shall be polling places for the School District general election. SECTION 8. That precincts numbered 330, 334, 336, 445, 446 (Portion) and 451 shall be polling places for the joint general and special election of the City and Hays County. SECTION 9. That precincts numbered 110, 221 (Portion) and 447 (Portion) shall be polling places for the joint general and special election of the School District and Hays County. SECTION 10. That precincts numbered 315, 331, 335 and 447 (Portion) shall be polling places for the special election of Hays County. SECTION 11. That the general and special election shall be conducted jointly with Hays County and the School District Board of Trustees Election pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Joint Election Agreement. SECTION 12. That Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for early voting for the City. SECTION 13. That Kent Morrison shall be the clerk for early voting for the School District. SECTION 14. That Joyce Cowan shall be the clerk for early voting for Hays County. SECTION 15. That the main early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the City election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins street in the City, and temporary branch early polling places for early vo~ing by personal appearance for the City election are the School Administration Building, 501 S.
