. . IODH- SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3 TO LAND LEASE NO. DA-41-243-ENG-4041 U.S. Army Reserve Center San Marcos, Texas THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF SAN MARCOS, 630 EAST HOPKINS, SAN MARCOS, TEXAS 78666, hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government: . WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, on 8 June 1959 the Government entered into Lease No. DA-41-243-ENG-4041 with the city of San Marcos for use of 4.0 acres of land located within the city limits of the city of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as an Army Reserve training site for a term of 99 years beginning on 1 J~ne 1959 fer the consideration of $1.00; AND WHEREAS., Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated 31 May 1960 corrected the ending date of the lease term to be 31 May 2058; AND WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 2 deleted 0.123 acres of land from the leased area; AND .. WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the said land lease to delete approximately .62 acres (26,881 square feet) of land from the west side of the leased area in exchange for an equal parcel of land, more or less, on the east side of the leased area, as depicted on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; NOW THEREFORE, these parties, for the consideration hereinafter mentioned, covenant and agree that Land Lease No. DA- 41-243-ENG-4041 is hereby supplemented as follows: I a. The legal description in the third subparagraph of Paragraph 2 on the firs~ page of the said land lease is deleted in its entirety and the following legal description is substituted therefor: "Beginning at a point 174.4 feet southwest of the southwest right-of-way line of Bugg Lane and 408 feet east from the centerline of the Missouri and Pacific Railroad, said point of beginning being the most northerly corner of this tract of land; Thence parallel to the southwesterly right-of-way line for said Bugg Lane, south 46°36' east, 347 feet to a corner; Thence
