Box 271 <br />Seguin, Texas 78156-0271 <br />Attention: Ms. Debbie Magin, <br /> Regional Lab Director <br /> LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />Dear Ms. Magin: <br />This shall serve as an agreement between the City of San <br />Marcos ("City") and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority <br />("GBRA") for the provision of professional services in <br />connection with laboratory analyses of wastewater and <br />environmental san~ples as required by the Texas Water <br />Commission and the United States Environmental~ Protection <br />Agency. <br />GBRA shall perform analyses of wastewater and environmental <br />samples as specified in the City's wastewater discharge <br />permit and as necessary for process control. GBRA shall <br />provide the City with preliminary data reports as the <br />analyses are completed and an official report at the <br />conclusion of each series of tests. <br />It is agreed by both parties to this agreement that GBR.~ <br />shall render professional services for compensation according <br />to the price list attached hereto' and incorporated herein. <br />Total compensation to GBRA will not exceed $17.~nn . <br />This agreement may be terminated at will by either party upon <br />fifteen (15) days prior written notice. <br />This agreement shall take effect immediately upon execution <br />by both parties.
