<br /> 107 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1993 - ll..- R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, RATIFYING THE <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY AND EDWARD W. HAMILTON, <br /> FOR A WIC CLINIC SITE IN KERRVILLE, <br /> TEXAS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, approved an agreement for the lease of space from Mr. <br />Edward W. Hamilton for a Women's, Infant's and Children's <br />(WIC) Project clinic site in Kerrville, Texas on December 14, <br />1992; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Hamilton desires to amend Attachment One <br />to the lease to require 60 days notice of any termination of <br />this lease agreement due to lack of funding for the program <br />as opposed to the 10 days provided in the approved agreement¡ <br />now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> ~ <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Amended <br />Attachment One to the Lease Agreement between the City and <br />Edward W. Hamilton, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein for all purposes, for the lease of space <br />in Kerrville, Texas for a Women's Infant's, and Children's <br />(WIC) Project clinic site, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley,. is <br />authorized to initial the amended Attachment One approved <br />herein. <br /> PART 3.
