<br /> 117 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 34 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A RELAYED <br /> SUBSTATION RECLOSER FROM SOUTHWAY ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> SERVICE, INC. AS SPECIFIED IN CITY CONTRACT <br /> #92-023; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on March 15, 1992 the City Council <br />approved the award of contract #92-023 to purchase a relayed <br />substation recloser from Southway Electric Utility Service, <br />Inc.; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the terms of that contract specified that <br />the purchase of one additional substation recloser was <br />anticipated by the City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it has become necessary to purchase an <br />additional substation recloser as specified under the terms <br />and conditions of contract #92-023; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> ~ <br /> PART 1. That the purchase of an additional <br />substation recloser from Southway Electric Utility Service, <br />Inc. for $18,775.00 as specified in the terms and conditions <br />of contract #92-023 is approved. <br /> PART 2.
