<br />( L3 ;V <br /> <br /> <br />specifically understood and agreed that Lessor shall have no <br />personal liability with respect to any of the covenants, <br />condi tions or provisions of this Lease. In the event of a <br />breach or default by Lessor of any of its obligations under this <br />Lease, Lessee shall look solely to the equity of Lessor in the <br />leased premises for the satisfaction of Lessee's remedies, and <br />Lessee shall have no right to seek, obtain or enforce a claim or <br />judgment against Lessor for any deficiency remaining, following <br />exhaustion of Lessor's equity in the leased premises. <br />17.10 The term "lease year," as used herein, shall, in the case of the <br />first lease year, means the period which commences with the <br />commencement date of the lease term and terminates on the last <br />day of the twelfth full calendar month after the commencement, <br />and the first lease year shall, therefore, include twelve full <br />calendar months plus the partial month, if any, at the <br />commencement of the lease term, if the lease term does not <br />commence on the first day of a calendar month. Each subsequent <br />lease year shall mean a period of twelve full calendar months <br />I <br />commencing with the date following the last day of the first <br />lease year, and each subsequent anniversary of that day. In the <br />case of the last lease year of the lease term, the period shall <br />include the period which commences on the day immediately. <br />following the last day of the preceding lease year and <br />terminates on the last day of the lease term, and the parties <br />recognize that the last lease year may be less than twelve full <br />calendar months, depending on the date of termination of the <br />lease term. <br />ARTICLE. XVIII. <br />Notices. <br />18.1. Wherever any notice is required or permitted hereunder, the <br />notice shall be in writing. Any notice or document required or <br />permitted to be delivered, whether actually received or not, <br />when deposited in the United States mail, postage prepaid, <br />certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to the <br />-24- <br />
