Lessor shall not unreasonably <br /> withhold consent to any of the hereinabove items. <br /> ARTICLE VII. <br /> Utilities/Taxes <br />7.1 Lessee shall promptly pay all charges for electricity, water, <br /> telephone service, and other utilities furnished to the Leased <br /> Premises. <br />7.2. Lessor shall not be liable for any interruption or impairment <br /> whatsoever in utility services. <br />7.3. Lessee shall pay all taxes and assessments against any buildings <br /> or other structures they place on the premises as well as all <br /> taxes and assessments against the personal property used by <br /> Lessee. ~ <br /> ARTICLE VIII. <br /> Insurance and Indemnity. <br />8.1. Lessee shall, at its own expense, purchase, maintain and keep in <br /> force insurance as set forth in the Minimum Standards, and as <br /> will protect Lessee from claims set forth below which may arise <br /> , <br /> out of or result from any operations at the Airport, whether the <br /> operations be by Lessee or by any subcontractor or by anyone <br /> directly or indirectly employed by Lessee or by anyone for whose <br /> acts Lessee or any subcontractor may be liable: <br /> A. Insurance as will protect Lessee from claims under statutory <br /> Workmen's Compensation laws, disability laws or other employee <br /> benefit laws and will fulfill the requirements of the <br /> jurisdiction in which the work is to be performed. Insurance <br /> will be amended to provide coverage for multiple <br /> jurisdictions and other indicated coverages as may be <br /> applicable. <br /> B. Insurance as will protect Lessee from claims from damages <br /> because of bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, disease or <br /> death with minimum limits of liability of not less than <br /> $500,000.00 aggregate. <br /> -8- <br />
