Counterparts: This lease may be executed by the parties in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original instrument, but all such counterparts together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. 23. Limitations on Use. Lessee does hereby accept and agrees to use the Property subject to all limitations now and hereafter placed upon it as set forth in the Permit and as may be amended from time to time; (i) under the rules of the EAA, including but not limited to non - permanent reductions, restrictions, or prohibitions on the withdrawal and/or use of said Permit as set forth in those rules; (ii) statute, ordinance, or other governmental regulation; (iii) by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction; or (iv) any other applicable regulatory authority.
