<br /> 22 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 42 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE <br /> OF SODIUM BISULFITE TO CHEMCOMMM, INC.; AUTHORIZING <br /> THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT <br /> DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That award of a contract for the purchase <br />of sodium bisulfite to Chemcomm, Inc. of Houston, Texas for <br />$7,708.00 is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Purchasing Manager, Cheryl <br />Pantermuehl, is hereby authorized to execute appropriate <br />contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
