BY DEED DATED DECEMBER 20, 1965 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 209, PAGE 254 HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT; BEGINNING at an iron stake with aluminum cap marked "Pro-Tech Eng" found at the west corner of the said Farm Lot 17 for the west corner of the tract herein described, same being the west corner of the said Mostyn Second Tract and a re-entrant corner on the southwest line of Prospect Street; THENCE, with the northwest line of the said Mostyn Second Tract and the southwest line of the said Prospect Street, N 44 19' E, at 166.67 feet more or less passing the north corner of the said Mostyn Second Tract, same being the west corner of the said Mostyn First Tract, and continuing on, in all, 333.34 feet to an iron stake with aluminum cap marked "Pro-Tech Eng" found at the north corner of the said Mostyn First Tract, for the north corner of the tract herin described, same being the west corner of that 3.685 acre tract of Land conveyed to Pi Kappa Alpha Housing Corporation by the American Legion Department of Texas by Deed Recorded in Volume 229, Page 509, Hays County Deed Records; THENCE, leaving the said Prospect Street with the northeast line of the said Mostyn First Tract and the southwest line of the said Pi Kappa Alpha 3.685 acre tract, S 46 28" E, 26.46 feet to an iron stake with aluminum cap marked "Pro-Tech Eng 2219" set for the east corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said Pi Kappa Alpha 3.685 acre tract S 42 18' W, at about 166.6 feet, more or less, passing the southwest line of the said Mostyn First Tract and the northeast line of the said Mostyn Second Tract and continuing on, in all, 333.39 feet to an iron stake with aluminum cap marked "Pro-Tech Eng" found at the north corner of Lot 4 of the Cedar Plateau Subdivision, a subdivision of record in Volume 56, Page 349, Hays County Deed Records, for the south corner of the tract herein described, same being on the southwest line of the said Mostyn Second Tract and a n east corner of the aforementioned Prospect Street; "'--0_.___- -- .. .- -'----.
