The city will; upon execution of this Agreement and <br /> request by th~'Owners, provide building permits for <br /> the construction of the Improvements. However, <br /> this provision is . subject. to the Owners' <br /> conformance'with all applicable city ordinances and <br /> regulations as provided in section l(G) above. <br /> 3. The city agrees to expedite the process for all <br /> hearings,. reviews,. inspections and contacts with <br /> City staff in order to ensure the timely completion <br /> of., the construction process. <br /> 4. The city agrees to consider. any other, reasonable <br /> requ~sts made by the Owners in order to assist them <br /> in constructing the. 'improvements. <br /> 7". <br /> EFFECT OF SALE, ASSIGNMENT OR LEASE OF PROPERTY <br /> A. The Tax Abatement provided for herein shall ~est in and <br />shali be assignable to each new owner or lessee of the Property for <br />the balance of the term of this Agreement. Sales by the Owners to <br />a third party which result in a continuation of the business in the <br />same general manner as operated by the Owners are hereby consented <br />to and shall not result in a forfeiture of the Tax Abatement <br />provided for herein; however; in such case the Owners agree to give <br /> , <br />written notice thereof to the city within ten (10) days after such <br />transaction. <br /> B. Upon the request of the Owners, if the Owners arrange a <br />party to finance the Improvements, the city will enter a three- <br />party transfer agreement under which all of the rights and <br />obligations of the parties hereunder will be preserved, although <br />the named parties to this ~greement may be amended to include the <br />financing party. <br /> C.
