<br /> 64 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 62 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF <br /> BANQUET TABLES TO CORNELL CONTRACT FDR-N"ITURE <br /> COMPANY¡ AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That award of a contract for the purchase <br /> of banquet tables to Cornell Contract Furniture Company in <br /> the amount of $7,244.00 is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Purchasing Manager, Cheryl <br /> Pantermuehl is hereby authorized to execute appropriate <br /> contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
