. .f"'t-) 85 O;~ !:H UJ g ~~ t§~ ..J~I ~ ã ãi ORDINANCE 1993 - ~ -'?.¡ ~ ~~ LL.~ ~ Ë; AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ~t:3 OF SAN MARCOS r TEXAS r SETTING THE FEE FOR SAMPLE COLLECTION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. r BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOSr ! TEXAS: ~ SECTION 1. In accordance with Sec. 30 - 100(i) of the City of San Marcos Code of Ordinancesr the fee for sample collection by the City shall be $50.00. SECTION 2. That if any wordr phraser clauser sentencer or paragraph of this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdictionr the remaining provisions of this ordinance shall remain in effect as if the unconstitutional or invalid portion had not been adopted. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That any person who violates any provision of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in Section 1-5 of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passager and it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcosr Texas.
