DIR MASTER CONTRACT 91fl1 <br /> ADDENDUM B <br /> DECservice/BASIC Service Service Description <br />LIMITATION OF LIABILITY <br />DIGITAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, USE <br />OF PRODUCTS OR FOR INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE <br />POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. This limitation of DIGITAL's liability, will apply <br />regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or tort including. <br />negligence. Any action against DIGITAL must be brought within the time period <br />governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Limitations of liabilities are <br />granted only to the extent allowed by the laws and Constitution of the State of <br />Texas.
