DIR MASTER CONTRACT qq~ <br /> ADDENDUM C <br /> Carry-In Contraçt Service Service Description <br />Field Change Orders (FCOs) <br />DIGITAL will install all applicable FCOs, which in DIGITAL's opinion are <br />required to ensure proper machine operation, during the standard hours of <br />coverage. <br />Response Time <br />Repair time is two (2) working days, after receipt of equipment. <br />Standard Coverage <br />This Service is available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except <br />locally observed DIGITAL holidays. <br />PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Purchaser will: <br />Provide transportation of equipment to and from a DIGITAL SERVICenter. <br /> ¿ <br />Run any applicable Purchaser-runnable diagnostics prior to bringing the <br />equipment into the SERVICenter. <br />DECompatible SERVICE <br />For the servicing of equipment not manufactured or supplied by DIGITAL¡ the <br />following applies: <br />Purchaser may be required to furnish at no charge to DIGITAL: <br />(a) such diagnostic aids and test programs ~s may be developed or used by the <br /> original manufacturer or supplier of the equipment in testing to verify that <br /> the equipment operates properly; and <br />(b) diagnostic and documentation updates that Purchaser receives for the <br /> equipment. <br />All such items furnished by Purchaser shall remain the property of Purchaser. <br />Any Purchaser furnished items in the possession of DIGITAL at the termination of <br />this Agreement will be returned to Purchaser in an "AS IS" condition. <br />Enhancements recommended to the Purchaser by the manufacturer, to improve <br />reliability, maintainability and/or safety of equipment¡ that are supplied to <br />the Purchaser by the manufacturer at no cost to DIGITAL¡ shall be installed by <br />DIGITAL as part of the service Agreement when the affected options are part of <br />the DIGITAL service Agreement. <br />DIR MASTER CONTRACT Page 12 <br />
