<br /> qc¡& <br />DIR MASTER CONTRACT <br />ADDENDUM A <br />MULTI-YEAR DISCOUNT <br />Digital agrees to grant to The State of Texas a five percent (5%) Multi-year <br />discount for the agreed upon initial contract term of three (3) years, subject <br />to the termination paragraph of the Agreement. <br />PREPAYMENT DISCOUNT <br />DIGITAL agrees to grant to The State of Texas a five percent (5%) prepayment <br />discount on all discountable items of this contract provided such maintenance <br />charges are annually prepaid.
