<br /> 100 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993 - 80 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS ¡ TEXAS APPROVING THE <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY AND CURBY OHNHEISER FOR <br /> AN AGRICULTURAL LEASE OF AIRPORT <br /> PROPERTY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City solicited bids for the lease of specific <br />airport property for agricultural purposes under the terms and <br />conditions of the attached lease agreement; and¡ <br />WHEREAS¡ Curby Ohnheiser¡s bid of $10¡800.00 a year was the <br />only bid offer received; and¡ <br />WHEREAS¡ this bid amount is satisfactory to the interest of <br />the City; now, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS¡ <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Lease attached <br />to this Resolution between the City and Curby Ohnheiser are hereby <br />approved. <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is hereby <br />authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
