<br /> 104 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 82 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS¡ TEXAS¡ AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE <br /> AND INSTALLATION OF AUDIO EQUIPMENT TO PRO LINE <br /> VIDEO; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS ¡ TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That award of a contract for the purchase <br /> and installation of audio equipment to Pro Line Video in the <br /> amount of $15¡323.94 is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager¡ Larry D. Gilley is <br /> hereby authorized to execute appropriate contract documents <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
