I have personally experienced project work of both companies and have found <br /> them to be both reliable and competent. I believe either one can perform the work that is " <br /> required. There appears to be no difference between the proposals other than the final price. <br /> It is my recommendation that the Request for Proposal itself become the signed contract <br /> document (as is the usual practice in many entities) thereby documenting the acceptance of all <br /> detailed specifications.
