/3011 "Paying Agent/Registrar" means Ameritrust Texas National Association, any successor thereto or an enti ty which is appointed as and assumes the duties of paying agent/registrar as provided in this Ordinance. The term "Pledged Revenues" means (1) the Net Revenues, plus (2) any additional revenues, income, receipts, or other , resources, including, without limitation, any grants, donations, or income received or to be received from the United States Government, or any other public or private source, whether pursuant to an agreement or otherwise, which hereafter may be pledged to the payment of the Parity Bonds. .. Previous ly Issued Parity Bonds" means the outstanding and unpaid bonds of the following described series: City of San Marcos, Texas, Electric Utility System Revenue Bonds, Series 1986, dated October 1, 1986. .. Purchaser" means the person, firm or entity initially purchasing the Bonds from the City and which is designated in Section 7.01 of this Ordinance. .. "Record Date" means the 15th day of the month next preceding an Interest Payment Date. "Register" means the Register specified in Section 3.06(a) of this Ordinance. "Representation Letter" means the Letter of Representations with respect to the Bonds, between the City and DTC. "Reserve Fund" means the reser'\fe fund provided in Section 9.03 of this Ordinance. KRevenue Fund" means the revenue fund provided in Section 9.01 of this Ordinance. "Special Payment Date" means the Special Payment Date prescribed by Section 3.03(b) of this Ordinance. "Special Record Date" means the Special Record Date prescribed by Section 3.03(b) of this Ordinance. The term "System" means and includes the City's electric light and power system to be purchased, improved, extended and equipped with proceeds of the Bonds, together wi th all future extensions, improvements, enlargements, and additions thereto, and all 4588f -4-
