<br /> 139 <br /> - I <br /> RESOLUTION 1993 - 91 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN <br /> APPLICATION TO THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION <br /> FOR A GRANT TO ACCOMPLISH THE FY 1994 AIRPORT <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL <br /> AIRPORT¡ AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACT IN ALL <br /> MATTERS REGARDING THIS FEDERAL AVIATION <br /> ADMINISTRATION GRANT PROGRAM AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to submit an <br /> application for a grant to the Federal Aviation <br /> Administration for funds to complete the FY 1994 Airport <br /> Improvement Program, at the San Marcos Municipal Airport; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the submission of an application to the <br /> Federal Aviation Administration for funds to accomplish the <br /> FY 1994 Airport Improvement Program at the. San Marcos <br /> Municipal Airport, a copy of which is attached hereto, is <br /> hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br /> hereby authorized to act in all matters with the Federal <br /> Aviation Administration regarding this Airport Improvement <br /> Program on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
