140 .Jê RESOLUTION NO. 1993 - q?R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF A 1992 ANNUAL REPORT, AND OF APPLICATIONS FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF REMEDIATION COSTS INCURRED BY THE CITY ON LPST #92680 DURING THE FOURTH QUARTER OF CALENDAR YEAR 1992 AND THE FIRST QUARTER OF CALENDAR YEAR 1993, TO THE TEXAS WATER COMMISSION¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has undertaken corrective site remediation activities for LPST #92680¡ and, WHEREAS, the City wishes to be reimbursed for its remediation expenses 1n accordance with State law¡ now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the 1992 Annual Report df the City regarding LPST #92680, a copy of the title page and executive summary of which is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A, is hereby accepted and approved, and the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to submit a copy of this report to the Texas Water Commission. PART 2. That the City's submission of two (2 ) applications to the Texas Water Commission for the reimbursement of remediation costs incurred by the City on LPST #92680 during 'the fourth quarter of calendar year 1992 I and the first quarter of calendar 'Year 1993, copies of which I are attached to this Resolution respectively as Exhibits B and C, are hereby approved. PART 3. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby authorized to execute the attached application on behalf of the City. PART 4.
