<br /> 141 <br /> [,\;-7 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 9l R <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE <br /> FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE STATE <br /> PURCHASING PROGRAM¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council elected to participate in <br /> the cooperative purchasing program of the State Purchasing <br /> and General Services Commission in Resolution 1992-19R¡ now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the purchase of a Chevrolet Lumina <br /> sedan through the state purchasing program for $11,707.96 is <br /> hereby approved. <br /> PART 2.
