<br /> .s-1V1 <br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF SHEET <br /> - SUPPLEMENTAL ELECTRIC SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE COG <br /> Effective <br /> . <br /> PAYMENT <br /> The due date of the bill shall be fifteen (15) days after <br /> issuance, and payment must be received by the City before 5:00 P.M. <br /> on the due date. Any and all amounts remaining unpaid after the <br /> due date shall be assessed a charge in the amount of ten percent <br /> (10%) of any unpaid amount. Payment from state agencies must be <br /> received within thirty (30) days from receipt of bill and any <br /> unpaid amount after the due date will be subject to a 1% per month <br /> interest charge. <br /> CONTRACT TERM <br /> Service hereunåer requires that the customer execute a <br /> contract for . supplemental electric service for a minimum term of <br /> sixty (60) months. <br /> BILLING MONTH <br /> The Bil1ing Month for supplemental electric service pursuant <br /> to this Rate Schedule COG will coincide, to the extent possible and <br /> practical, with the LCRA wholesale Purchase Power Bill ( " Purchas e <br /> Power Bill") billing month which is typically from the 25th of the <br /> preceding calendar month to the 25th of the current calendar month. <br /> To the extent possible and practical, City will read customer's <br /> meters on the same date that LCRA reads the City's meters for <br /> Purchase Power Bill. <br /> DETERMINATION OF MONTHLY CHARGES <br /> The monthly Energy, Coincident Peak Demand, Non-Coincident <br /> Peak Demand and Other Purchased Power Charges for the current <br /> Billing Month will be predicated on the Purchase Power Bill <br /> received by the City from LCRA or any other bulk power supplier for <br /> the current Billing Month. <br /> 3 <br />
