<br /> r-a: C) :>-'" <br /> f - <br /> \lJ.~ '?: C:::e 20 <br /> ¡:::<'Q <br /> 'W8 - UJ~ <br /> <.> ~ 0:::= <br /> U""O .:\3 Ed~ <br /> ,-'~ e::: Go? - <br /> D-.. >-0 ORDINANCE 1993- 45 <br /> ~;l c::r !:=b <br /> Qi;5 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS NAMING UNNAMED STREETS <br /> WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SAN MARCOS CITY <br /> CEMETERY; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on October 13, 1992 the Planning Commission of <br /> the City of San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a <br /> request to name unnamed streets within the boundaries of the <br /> San Marcos City Cemetery as recommended by the City's <br /> Cemetery Commission; and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to the public hearing on that date, <br /> the Planning Commission did, on October 13, 1992, approve <br /> the request and has recommended that the request be approved <br /> by the City Council of the City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Çity Council held a public hearing on the <br /> ?ht-h day of Aprll , 1993, regarding the request; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of Chapter 25 of. the Code of <br /> Ordinances of the City of San Marcos pertaining to street <br /> name changes have been met; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the unnamed streets within the <br /> boundaries of the San Marcos City Cemetery be named Primrose <br /> Place, Morning Glory, Morning Star, Lantana Lane, Evening <br /> Star, Remembrance, Eventide, Forever Lane, Memorial Drive, <br /> Peaceful Glen, Sunset Circle, Heavenly Hills and Chapel Way, <br /> as designated on Exhibit IfAIf attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein for all purposes. <br /> SECTION 2.
