<br /> 27 <br /> THE CITY OF <br /> SA>."" ~1A.RCOS <br /> <br /> JOINT AUCTION <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> State of Texas <br /> i <br /> County of Hays <br /> The City of San Marcos ( "City") and Hays County <br /> ( "County") do hereby agree to conduct a joint auction of <br /> City and County personal property and abandoned and unclaimed <br /> property in the possession of the City and County, to be held <br /> on May 261 1993 at the Hays County Civic Center. <br /> Both parties agree to the joint use of Dave Burton <br /> Auctions as the auctioneer for this auction.
