THORNTON ET AL DATED OCTOBER 11, 1967 AND <br />RECORDED IN VOLUME 220, PAGE 169 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED <br />RECORDS, SAID 34.96 ACRE TRACT BEING A PORTION OF THAT TRACT <br />DESCRIBED AS SEVERAL TRACTS TOTALING 73.490 ACRES IN A DEED FROM <br />MARY LOUISE CAPE THORNTON ET AL TO THORNTON FAMILY INVESTMENTS, <br />L.P., DATED OCTOBER 23, 1998 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 1471, PAGE <br />769 OF THE HAYS COUNTY OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS, AND BEING MORE <br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br />BEGINNING at an iron rod with an aluminum cap stamped "Pro--Tech <br />Eng" found in the north line of Cape Road (being called a 60' <br />wide road in previous deeds) for the southwest corner of the <br />Thornton tract and this description and southeast corner of that <br />tract described as 2.22 acres in a deed from J.M. Cape, II, to <br />Cape Family Limited Partnership dated April 15, 1991 and <br />recorded in Volume 877, Page 141 of the Hays County Official <br />Public Records; <br />THENCE leaving Cape Road and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on <br />that plat numbered 25049-11-6.2-d dated October 12, 2011 <br />prepared for Thornton Investments by Byrn & Associates, Inc., of <br />San Marcos, Texas, with the common west line of the Thornton <br />tract and east line of the Cape Family Limited Partnership 2.22 <br />acre tract N 13 °30113" W 454.39 feet to a 41" iron rod set for an <br />exterior corner in the east line of the cape 2.22 acre tract; <br />THENCE leaving the Cape 2.22 acre tract crossing the west corner <br />of the Thornton tract the following four courses: <br />1.
