C- <br /> shall furnish to the Owner a certificate or certificates in form satisfactory <br /> to the Owner, showing that Consultant has complied with this Paragraph. <br /> All certificates shall provide that the po 1 icy shall not be changed or <br /> cancelled until at least thirty (30) days' written notice shall have been given <br /> to the Owner. Kinds and amounts of insurance required are as follows: <br /> Worker's Compensation Insurance: Worker's Compensation Insurance for <br /> Consultant's employees in accordance with the provisions of the Worker's <br /> Compensation laws of the State of Texas. <br /> Liabil ity Insurance: General L iabil ity Insurance in an amount not <br /> less than $500,000 per claim and $1,000,000 aggregate, and automobile liability <br /> insurance in an amount not less than $250,000 for injuries to anyone person <br /> and $500,000 on account of anyone accident and in an amount of not less than <br /> $100,000 for property damage. Consu ltant, the Consultant's successors and <br /> ~ <br /> assigns, hereby agree to maintain the same or similar type, form and amounts of <br /> professional 1 iabil ity coverage(s) to cover lawful claims arising before or <br /> after completion of this project and as a result of this project for as long as <br /> such coverage is reasonably available after the completion of this Agreement or <br /> until the expiration of applicable statute(s) of limitations, whichever first <br /> occurs. <br /> , <br /> The stated limits of insurance required by this Paragraph are MINIMUM ONLY <br /> and it sha 11 be the Consultant's responsibility to determine what limits are <br /> adequate. These minimum limits may be basic policy limits or any combination <br /> of basic limits and umbrella limits. The Owner's acceptance of Certificates of <br /> Insurance that in any respect do not comply with the requirements of this <br /> Agreement does not release the Consultant from compliance herewith. <br /> 7.6 The Consu ltant hereby affirms that Consultant and Consultant's <br /> firmhave not made or agreed to make any valuable gift whether in the form of <br /> -8- <br />
