<br /> 101 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 127R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND <br /> USE MAP OF THE MASTER PLAN OF THE CITY, FROM <br /> LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO PUBLIC FOR LOTS 7' <br /> AND 8, BLOCK 2 OF THE C.L. MCGEHEE <br /> SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME H, PAGE 573 <br /> OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, LOCATED AT <br /> 317 BLANCO STREET AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on May 25, 1993 the Planning and Zoning commissions <br />of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request <br />to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Master Plan from Low <br />Density Residential to Public for Lots 7 and 8, Block 2 of the C.L. <br />McGehee Subdivision as recorded in Volume H, Page 573 of the Hays <br />County Deed Records; located at 317 Blanco Street in the City of <br />San Marcos, Hays County, Texas; and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to the public hearing, the Commissions <br />did, on May 25, 1993, consider the request and voted to approve it <br />and have recommended that the request be approved by the city <br />Council of the city; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the city Council held a public hearing on the26thday <br />of July , 1993, regarding the request; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to <br />amendments have been met; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the <br />public, health, morals, welfare andlsafety; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the following described tract of real property <br />located at 317 Blanco Street, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which <br />is in an area shown on the Future Land Use Map of the Master Plan <br />of the city of San Marcos as Low Density Residential shall be shown <br />on that map as Public: <br /> LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 2 OF THE C.L. MCGEHEE SUBDIVISION, AS <br /> RECORDED IN VOLUME H, PAGE 573 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED <br /> RECORDS. <br /> PART 2.
