That Section 25-9 of Chapter 25,""" -' <br />Streets, Sidewalks, Right of Way Construction and Off-Street <br />Parking, of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is amended to <br />add Subsection (g) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(g) The Planning and Development Services <br />Department shall notify the appropriate emergency service <br />agencies, gas, telephone, and public utility companies, all <br />appropriate city and county offices, the U.S. Post Office, <br />and the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District <br />of a street name change. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. That if any word, phrase, clause, <br />sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is held to be <br />unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this ordinance <br />shall remain in effect as if the unconstitutional or invalid <br />portion had not been adopted. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. That all ordinances and resolutions or <br />parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 6.
