<br />l~'S n TI IO <br />~c:q a- if.~ <br />'W.ao:: a- ~~ <br />~g -=- ß~ <br />Q - ,~ <br />:..J õ :. r ñ~ <br />- £':'I 0 ~ ..... <br />-:.:1 -, 0 <br />h ì"-oJ ;;;-- <br />~,~. 1:= .:;;. <br />~ PC:> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1993-~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL <br />ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING LOTS 11, <br />12 , 21 AND 22 OF BLOCK B, PARKLANE GARDEN <br />HOMES, PHASE I, REVISED AS RECORDED IN VOLUME <br />5, PAGE 163 OF THE HAYS COUNTY PLAT RECORDS <br />AND LOTS 45-58 OF BLOCK A OF SUNRIDGE P.U.D. <br />AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 4, PAGES 309-311 OF THE <br />HAYS COUNTY PLAT RECORDS, LOCATED IN THE 1900 <br />BLOCK OF LANCASTER STREET AND ALONG THE AUTUMN <br />COVE AND MEADOWRIDGE COVE CUL-DE-SACS, FROM <br />"PUD" PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO "R- <br />2" SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (MEDIUM <br />DENSITY) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 25,1993, the Zoning Commission of the city of <br />San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request to change the <br />zoning from "PUD" Planned unit Development District to "R-2" <br />Single-Family Dwelling District (Medium Density) for Lots 11¡ 12, <br />21 and 22 of Block B, Parklane Garden Homes, Phase I, Revised as <br />recorded in Volume 5, Page 163 of the Hays County Plat Records and <br />Lots 45-58 of Block A of Sunridge P.U.D. as recorded in Volume 4, <br />Pages 309-311 of the Hays County Plat Records; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the <br />commission did, on May 25, 1993 consider the request and voted to <br />approve it and has recommended that the request be approved by the <br />city council of the City; and¡ <br />, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the 12th <br />day of July, 19931 regarding the request; and, <br />and August 9, 1993, <br />WHEREAS, all requirements of Appendix A, General Zoning <br />Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos <br />pertaining to amendments have been met; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council hereby finds and determines that the <br />adoption of the following ordinance is in the interest of the <br />public health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the Official Zoning Map of the City, as <br />described in section 3 of the General Zoning Ordinance, is hereby <br />amended to rezone the following described real property located in <br />the 1900 Block of Lancaster Street and along the Autumn Cove and <br />Meadowridge Cove cul-de-sacs, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which <br />is presently zoned "PUD" Planned unit Development District to "R-2" <br />single-Family Dwelling District (Medium Density): <br /> <br />LOTS 11,12,21 AND 22 OF BLOCK B, PARKLANE GARDEN HOMES, <br />PHASE I, REVISED,AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 5, PAGE 163, OF <br />THE HAYS COUNTY PLAT RECORDS AND LOTS 45-58 OF BLOCK A OF <br />SUNRIDGE P.U.D. AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 4, PAGES 309-311 OF <br />THE HAYS COUNTY PLAT RECORDS. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) <br />days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting <br />following its passage, and provided that the Council did not vote <br />to reconsider it. If reconsidered on August 23, 1993 it shall be <br />in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if <br />
