5/J SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULES LARGE GENERAL SERVICE-SECONDARY Rate Schedule - LGS-Sec Effective: June 1, 1993 Page 1 The City of San Marcos (the "City") shall charge and collect for large general service electric service at secondary voltages on the basis of this Rate Schedule - LGS-Sec. The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and the City of San Marcos Electric Utility Rules and Regulations are incorporated by reference as a part of this rate schedule. A V AILABILlTY This rate schedule is available throughout the entire territory served by the San Marcos Electric Utility System (the "City System"). APPLICABILITY This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service required by Customer for lighting, pow~r and any other purpose, other than residential service as defined in Rate Schedule - RS, where service to the Customer is at a secondary voltage, as defined hereinafter, and the Customer's maximum metered kW demand is 500.0 kW or greater and for which no specific rate schedule is available. CHARACTER OF SERVICE Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating current, 60 Hertz, single phase, at the City's option of the standard secondary voltages available from the City System. Forthe purpose of this rate schedule, SECONDARY voltages are defined as 600 volts or less. Standby or resale service is not permitted under this rate schedule. MONTHLY RATE , Customer Charge (Single or Three Phase) $200.00 per month Energy Charge (All Metered kWh) $0.0292 per kWh Demand Charge (All Billing kW) $8.60 per Billing kW The above rates per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjustment Clause. The amount computed at the MONTHLY RATE shall be subject to taxes, assessments or surcharges imposed by any governmental authority which assessed on the basis of revenues from electric service or volumes of electricity purchased or sold by the City.
