<br /> S-I" <br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULES <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL ELECTRIC SERVICE <br /> Rate Schedule - COG <br /> Effective: June 1, 1993 Page 3 <br /> <br /> OTHER CHARGES <br /> The amount computed at the Monthly Rate shall be subject to taxes, assessments or <br /> surcharges imposed by any governmental authority when such are assessed on the basis of <br /> revenues from electric service or volume of electricity purchased or sold. <br /> MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> The monthly minimum charge shall be the Availability Charge and all applicable Other Charges. <br /> DETERMINATION OF BILLING UNITS <br /> The Customer billing units for the Billing Month will be determined from meter readings taken, <br /> to the extent possible and practical, on the same date the City's major bulk power supplier <br /> reads the meters for establishing the City's monthly wholesale power bills. <br /> Loss Factor: 1.010 applied to Customer's metered kWh and kW to a'ccount for the <br /> losses incurred on the City System in delivering electric power and energy to Customer <br /> under this rate schedule. <br /> Billing kWh: The metered kWh at Customer delivery point during the current Billing <br /> Month, multiplied by the Loss Factor. <br /> CP Demand Billing kW: The metered kW demand at Customer delivery point during the <br /> clock hour of the LCRA system peak demand during the current Billing Month, multiplied <br /> by the Loss Factor. <br /> NCP Demand Billing kW: The metered or calculated kW demand contribution at the <br /> Customer delivery point to the City System peak used by LCRA to calculate the Delivery <br /> System Demand Charge for the current Billing Month, multiplied by the Loss Factor. <br /> Power Factor Adjustment: The monthly metered kW demands will be adjusted to an <br /> equivalent 90.0% power factor for the purpose of establishing the monthly billing kW <br /> when the measured power factor at Customer delivery point is determined to be less <br /> than 90.0%. <br />
