<br /> Jlr <br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULES <br /> MUNICIPAL PUMPING SERVICE <br /> Rate Schedule - MP <br /> Effective: June 1, 1993 Page 1 <br /> <br /> The City of San Marcos (the "City") shall charge and collect for municipal pumping service on <br /> the basis of this Rate Schedule - MP. The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and the City of San <br /> Marcos Electric Utility Rules and Regulations are incorporated by reference as a part of this rate <br /> schedule. <br /> AVAILABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is available throughout the entire territory served by the San Marcos Electric <br /> Utility System (the "City System"). <br /> APPLICABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is applicable to the City of San Marcos and agencies of the State of Texas <br /> and the United States of America for electric power and energy used for the operation of water <br /> and waste water or sewer pumping requirements. < <br /> CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating current, 60 Hertz, single or three phase, at <br /> the City's option of the standard voltages available from the City System. Resale service is not <br /> permitted under this rate schedule. <br /> MONTHLY RATE <br /> Customer Charge (Single or Three Phase) $25.00 per month <br /> Energy Charge (All Metered kWh) $0.0475 per kWh <br /> The amount computed at the MONTHLY RATE shall be subject to taxes, assessments or <br /> surcharges imposed by any governmental authority which assessed on the basis of revenues <br /> from electric service or volumes of electricity purchased or sold by the City. <br /> MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the CUSTOMER CHARGE and all applicable <br /> rate adjustments. <br />
