Mrs. <br />Norris moved to approve the change request. Mr. Tarbutton seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced for consideration Article XII, Section 12.01. <br />Mrs. Norris moved to approve the change request after deleting the <br />following words: "by any citizen or by any representative of the press." <br />Mr. Tarbutton seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced for consideration Article XII, Section 12.06. <br />Mr. James moved to approve the change request.
