<br /> ~7ß <br /> CERTIFICATE OF CITY SECRETARY <br /> THE STATE OF TEXAS § <br /> § <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS § <br /> I, the undersigned, city Secretary of the city of San Marcos, <br /> Texas, DO HEREBY CERTIFY as follows: <br /> 1. That on the 13th day of September, 1993, the City council <br /> of the city of San Marcos, Texas convened in regular session at its <br /> regular meeting place at the San Marcos city Hall, located at 630 <br /> E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas; the duly constituted members of the <br /> Council being as follows: <br /> Kathy M. Morris MAYOR <br /> Bill plummer, Jr. MAYOR PRO TEM <br /> Joe B. Cox, Jr. ) <br /> Ronald K. Hart ) COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> Billy G. Moore ) <br /> Robert T. Mooney ) <br /> Fred Guerra ) . <br /> all of said persons were present at said meeting, except the <br /> following: n/a . Among other <br /> business considered at said meeting, the attached resolution <br /> entitled: <br /> A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF <br /> REFUNDING REVENUE OBLIGATIONS BY THE CENTRAL TEXAS <br /> HIGHER EDUCATION AUTHORITY, INC.; APPROVING THE <br /> ISSUANCE OF SUCH OBLIGATI;ONS; AND MAKING CERTAIN <br /> FINDINGS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. <br /> was introduced and submitted to the Council for passage and <br /> adoption. After presentation and due consideration of the <br /> resolution, a motion was made by Councilmember Bill Plummer that <br /> the resolution be finally passed and adopted. The motion was <br /> seconded by councilmember Joe B. Cox, Jr. and carried the <br /> following vote: <br /> 7 voted "ForI! 0 voted "Againstl! 0 abstained <br /> ----- <br /> all as shown in the official Minutes of the Council for the meeting <br /> held on the aforesaid date. <br /> oll5419 <br />
