<br /> 90 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 162R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO <br /> THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CAPITAL AREA <br /> HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the articles of incorporation of the Capital Area <br /> Housing Finance Corporation (the "Corporation") authorize the city <br /> Council of the city of San Marcos to appoint one director of the <br /> Corporation; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the term of the current director from the city of San <br /> Marcos, Tess Norris, expires October 21, 1993; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That Tess Norris is appointed a director of the <br /> Corporation for the term beginning October 22, 1993 and expiring <br /> October 21, 1995. <br /> PART 2.
