<br />122 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1993- 174 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />AND BLACK & VEATCH FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A <br />WASTEWATER SYSTEM MASTER PLAN; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City, as a result of the evaluation of proposals <br />submitted by several qualified engineering firms, has decided to <br />engage the services of Black & Veatch, Inc. to develop a wastewater <br />system master plan for the City; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Agreement <br />attached to this Resolution between the City and Black & Veatch, <br />Inc. for the development of a wastewater system master plan are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />~ <br />PART 2. That the city Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br />authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the city. <br /> <br />PART 3.
