agrees to diligently and continuously pursue the work to completion. The <br />requirements of Sections 5.03, 5.04 and 5.05 shall apply to this Section 5.06. <br />4) All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall continue in full force and effect <br />except as otherwise modified by this Lease Amendment. <br />5) Assumption of Lease and Acceptance of Premises.
