<br />144 <br /> <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR <br />HAYS COUNTY DRUG TASK FORCE <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos and Hays County do hereby agree <br />to amend the interlocal agreement that established the Hays <br />County Drug Task Force, dated April 23, 1990. <br /> <br />1. The parties agree that paragraph 6, Designation of <br />Task Force, be amended as follows: <br /> <br />6. DESIGNATION OF TASK FORCE: The Hays County Drug <br />Task Force (the "Task Force") is designated to consist of the <br />following personnel: <br /> <br />(a) From the Sheriff I s <br />investigators. <br /> <br />~ <br />Department: <br /> <br />Three <br /> <br />(b) From the Police Department: Two investigators and <br />one administrative assistant. <br /> <br />The Sheriff's Department and the Police Department shall <br />mutually agree upon the selection of an investigator who <br />shall serve as the Task Force Commander and an investigator <br />who shall serve as the Assistant Task Force Commander. The <br />Task Force personnel shall report jointly to the Hays County <br />Sheriff and the San Marcos Chief of Police. <br /> <br />2.
