<br />145 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1993- 179 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO SUBMIT A CABLE PROGRAMMING SERVICE <br />RATE COMPLAINT FORM TO THE FEDERAL <br />COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION REGARDING TCI <br />CABLEVISION OF TEXAS; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the city Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized <br />to submit the Cable Programming Service Rate Complaint Form (FCC <br />329) attached to this resolution to the Federal Communications <br />Commission. <br /> <br />PART 2.
