ATTACHMENT "A" <br />Mr. Oscar Hairell <br />City of San Marcos — Community Services Parks and Recreation <br />630 East Hopkins <br />San Marcos, TX 78666 <br />Re: FY14 Custodial Services at the City of San Marcos Activity Center Proposal <br />Dear Mr. Hairell, <br />In regards to the City of San Marcos Activity Center located at 501 Hopkins Street in San Marcos, Texas, <br />the following is a proposal to continue to provide the Janitorial Maintenance for FY 14. <br />TIBH Industries, Inc. along with Goodwill Temporary Services, Inc. is proposing an annual rate of <br />$91,627.10 or a monthly rate of $7,635.59167. This is an increase of $346.42167 a month and is a <br />reflection of the additional number of hours needed to clean the facility according to the specifications. <br />Other services we would like to propose at this time would be floor care. For hard floors we recommend <br />stripping and waxing; our proposed price for this service is $0.18 per square foot. For carpet cleaning, we <br />propose $0.21 per square foot. <br />This proposal is based on the specifications that have been supplied TIBH by the City of San Marcos and <br />is based on the walk - through of the facility with Mr. Oscar Hairell.
