Classes Impaired Under the Plan Claims and Equity Interests in Classes 1, 2, 4A and 5 are UNIMPAIRED under the Plan and, therefore, are not being solicited tö vote pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 1126(f). Claims in Classes 3 and 4 are IMPAIRED and are being solicited to accept or reject the Plan. Vote Required for Class Accectance Under the Bankruptcy Code. acceptance of a plan by a Class of Creditors occurs if the holders of two-thirds in dollar amount and a majority in n~~er of the Claims of that Class which actually cast ballots for acceptance or rejection of the plan vote to accept the plan. In other words. acceptance of a Class takes places only if two-thirds in amount and a majority in numbe~ of the Creditors in a given Class who vote, cast their ballots in favor of the plan. F. Distributions Only to Holders of Allowed Claims . A Claim will receive a distribution under the Plan only if it is an "Allowed Claim." An "Allowed Claim" means a Claim against the Debtor to the extent proof of which was filed with the Bankruptcy Court on or before the Bar Date. or for a particular Claim, within such other time as the Bankruptcy Court. shall have set for such Claim if different from the Bar Date (or, in the case of Administrative Expense Claims, subject to Bankruptcy Court approval, or which have been listed by the Debtor as liquidated in amount and not disputed or contingent, and. in either case, a Claim as to which no objection to the allowance thereof has been interposed within the period of limitation fixed by the Plan, or which has been determined by an order or judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction that is no longer subject to appeal. "Allowed Claim" shall not include interest on thè principal amount of such Claim from and after the Debtor's respective Petition Dates. except in the case of Secured Claims for which the collateral therefor is sufficient to satisfy the entire Claim.
