Se_:` iced Seryices'to'be '`praVIded under this adre <br />enaent are as follow: <br />(a) Tl e:.Citywill prfsvide equipment, labor and materials necessary for the <br />installation and malntenance of CARTS' transit system signage. <br />Maintenance. will be performed upon the City's receipt of a request <br />from CARTS, The City will not be responsible for providing signs or <br />poles, <br />(b) CARTS will :provide the City with ,ail replacement .signs and poles. <br />Z: Qorrignsation. <br />Carts -will pay, the City for the actual cost of the maintenance work performed <br />fjy'the: City pitisoan additional ten percent on each invoice as an administrative tee. <br />h�.yment vvill -be made tn"the City within 15 days of CARTS' receipt of an invoice from the <br />City. <br />3:. Miscellaneoug. <br />(a) <br />" Eitherpariy may terminate;this Agfeementby "plying 15 days-advance <br />written notice to the other party. <br />(b) Each party to this Agreement will pay for its performance of functions <br />or services under this Agreement from current revenues available to <br />it. <br />(c) This Agreement will take effect immediately upon execution by both <br />parties.
