<br /> 105 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 217 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br /> AND FRED SAFFER AND ASSOCIATES FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH A <br /> REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR BULK ELECTRIC POWER <br /> SUPPLY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage the firm of Fred Saffer and <br />Associates of Orlando, Florida to provide professional services in <br />connection with a request for proposals for bulk electric power <br />supply for the Electric utility Department; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Agreement <br />attached to this Resolution between the city and Fred Saffer and <br />Associates for professional services for a request for proposals <br />for bulk power supply for the Electric utility Department are <br />hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the city Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br />authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
