<br /> lo9c.. <br /> PROJECT PROPOSAL <br /> CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUBGRANTS <br /> (PART II) <br /> SCOPE OF WORK: <br /> It is the goal of the Historic Preservation Commission to <br /> produce a ccrnprehensive historical dOC1..JIt1entary which ties <br /> all ethnically significant historic events together to <br /> make San Marcos the unique cœmuni ty it is today. <br /> MEIHODOLOGY: <br /> with the assistance of FOREST GLEN 'IV PRODUCTIONS, INC. the <br /> HPC will use interviews, reference books, local members of <br /> the community telling stories about the heritage of the <br /> community as well as historical re-enactments marking events. <br /> Annual events and celebrations can also be incorporated into <br /> the program. Present-day historical sites and architecture <br /> can be shown as they appear today and yesterday. <br /> GOALS: <br /> The goal of this documentary will be to preserve the history <br /> of San Marcos while bringing it to life. The video will be <br /> copyrighted by the City of San Marcos. Reproduction costs <br /> will be approximately $5.00 per tape.
