<br /> 112 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993 222 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF <br /> HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF W.I.C. SERVICES TO <br /> QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AND ANY AND <br /> ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS INCIDENT <br /> THERETO; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> desires to enter into a contract with the Texas Department of <br /> Health for the provision of W.I.C. services to qualified <br /> participants during the 1993-94 fiscal year; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS; <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a proposed contract <br /> between the City of San Marcos and Texas Department of Health, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all - <br /> purposes, for the provision of W. I.C. services to qualified <br /> participants, are hereby approved < <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is <br /> hereby authorized to execute the contract and any all other <br /> documents and instruments incident thereto on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> PART 3.
